It is with great pride that we can announce that The Sharks Senior Women’s Basketball squad has joined forces with Signature Strength & Conditioning Centre as a major sponsor for their Strength & Conditioning program. Our facility will enable The Squad to vastly improve their strength & conditioning during the year which will give them a competitive edge for their games.

At this stage they will be training Wednesday nights and Saturday mornings.

It was a pleasure to meet some of the Shire’s best basketball players and to be a part of their lead up to the season. As most of you know I am a basketball tragic from school so this is a great fit for Signature Strength & Conditioning Centre and I feel very honoured to team up with our local professional athletes.
