Small Group Classes

 

Intense 30 minute Metabolic Resistance classes using free weights, bodyweight, kettlebells and resistance machines.

Power Hour

A supercharged 60 minute S.M.A.R.T class incorporating heavy lifting and high intensity exercises.

For the intermediate to advanced member.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Tactical Strength and Conditioning

Suitable for Combative athletes, Law Enforcement, Rescue Operatives, Military Personnel and anyone seeking advanced functional strength and conditioning.

Free Family Days

Every Saturday is Family Day. Anyone and everyone is welcome to come and try out a session for free! Members can also bring a friend or family member along to train for free. Click here to find out more.

Boxing

A high intensity 45minute boxing class with Thump certified trainer, Ruth Brown. Bring a friend or spouse as your partner or team up with others in the class. Free for members.

Friday nights at 6pm (not available during winter)
